Mentorship Program Audit: An in-depth assessment can be conducted of program structure, recruitment strategy, onboarding process, meeting system and evaluation methods. The audit results in a report outlining strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities for improvement and tactical recommendations.
Complete Setup, Implementation and Management: MM will design and build the systems and processes for a mentorship program, including program structure, recruitment campaigns, participant guidebooks, onboarding training, meeting discussion guides, evaluation, and standard operating procedures. MM can then implement this program, and can be engaged to manage it day-to-day.
Leadership and Program Management Training: MM can train program managers how to build, manage and maintain a successful mentorship program. Managers can learn how to recruit participants, how to make matches, how to oversee progress and ensure engagement, how to grow mentees, how to turn mentors into donors, and how to measure success and get better results.
Mentor Bureau: MM will recruit mentors for a program according to preferred demographics, such as location, industry, skills, ethnicity, gender, age, etc.
DEI Mentorship: MM can help programs deal with diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) between and among mentors and mentees, using a guidebook created in partnership with a DEI expert based at California State University Northridge.
Public Speaking: “The Mentor Chain: Professional Relationships for Career Growth,” is a 45 minute overview of how to find and get the most out of mentoring relationships, which is available live and online from Mentor Matchmaker CEO Brian Frankel. This presentation helps mentors and mentees understand why mentorship is important, how to find a good match, problems to expect and questions to ask. The audience also receives MM’s worksheet on how to build relationships that achieve career goals.
Publications: MM offers two free publications:
