How to create a profile.

Click here to create a profile. You are required to list your name, email address, telephone number and password to create a profile.

How to delete a profile.

Click profile settings in the top right corner. On the profile settings page click the button "Delete Profile."

How to request a meeting.

First, view the directory of mentors here. Then browse through the list of mentors. Select the "View Profile" button of a mentor you would like to have a conversation with. On the mentor's profile page, select "Request A Session". Then pick an available day and time. Finally press "Request Meeting."

How to accept a meeting.

Click on your "Meeting Requests." Then select "Accept Meeting" next to the meeting you would like to accept.

How to decline a meeting.

Click on your "Meeting Requests." Then select "Decline Meeting" next to the meeting you would like to decline.

How to reschedule a meeting.

Click on your "Upcoming Meetings" Then select "Reschedule Meeting" next to the meeting you would like to reschedule.

How to join a meeting.

Click on your "Upcoming Requests." Then select "Join Meeting" next to the meeting you would like to join. You can also click on the join meeting in the confirmation email or calendar invite.

I'm getting a 500 error or a 404 error.

Whenever you run into a 500 error or 404 error, please try the following troubleshoots: 1)Check the browser and make sure it is updated; 2) Refresh your web browser; 3) Restart your web browser; 4) Logout of your Mentor Matchmaker account and sign back in; 5) Restart your computer.

Currently, using the latest versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on your laptop or computer guarantees the best experience.

Can I join a mentorship meeting from a mobile device?

Open a mobile web browser to enter the meeting from your phone or tablet. The meetings that run on the Mentor Matchmaker app can be accessed on Android and iOS, iPadOS. Note: There is no dedicated app for desktops or mobiles on the Stores, so no downloads are required.

How do I follow up with someone post-meeting?

During the meet you can your conversation partner can choose whether or not you'd like to have another meeting. Use the Request a Meeting button to request another meeting.
